Our adult classes are welcoming, empowering, and designed for all experience levels, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping into the studio for the first time. With a variety of options, there’s something for everyone! These classes offer a supportive space to move, build strength, reduce stress, and connect with others through movement and music. No matter your background or goals, you’ll find a class that encourages you to feel confident, capable, and energized!
Adult Classes (18+)
Adult Dance* – This class focuses primarily on contemporary dance, blending expressive movement with technique. Dancers will work on building strength, flexibility, and artistry while expressing themselves through dance. It’s a fun, supportive environment where you can work on your technique, connect with others, and discover the joy of movement, no matter your experience level!
Required Attire: Anything dancers can safely and comfortably move in, and toe paws and/or bare feet.
Adult Dance Fitness* – This high-energy class combines fun, easy-to-follow dance routines with a killer workout. Whether you’re shaking to pop hits, Latin beats, or old-school jams, this class will help you improve your fitness while having a great time. No dance experience required—just bring your energy and your love for moving to the beat!
Required Attire: Anything dancers can safely and comfortably move in, and sneakers and/or bare feet.
Adult Hip-Hop** – This class is all about learning the basics of hip-hop dance in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll work on dance moves, coordination, and style while building confidence in your dancing.
Required Attire: Anything dancers can safely and comfortably move in, and sneakers and/or bare feet.
Adult Self Defense* – This class focuses on practical self-defense techniques to help you feel more secure in any situation. You’ll learn effective strategies for protecting yourself, build strength and awareness, and boost your confidence— all while improving fitness and having fun. No experience needed, just the desire to feel stronger and more confident in your daily life.
Required Attire: Anything dancers can safely and comfortably move in and bare feet.
Chair Yoga** – A gentle and accessible class designed for adults of all ages and abilities. Using a chair for support, participants are guided through seated and standing poses that help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. This class is perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to move, stretch, and unwind in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Yoga* – This class is designed for all skill levels and focuses on gentle, mindful movement to improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be guided through calming poses and breath work that help reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
Required Attire: Anything dancers can safely and comfortably move in, and sneakers and/or bare feet. If you have your own yoga mat and would like to bring one, feel free to! We also have a few we can provide if needed.
